Eric and Johanna have shared their lives together, and teaming up to write was a natural fit. Eric enjoys history, and science fiction and fantasy. Johanna reads any and all genres without limit.

Tabletop Role-playing games feature prominently in their writing and lives. The night their first son was born forty years ago they were playing Dungeons and Dragons. They keep involved in the TTRPG community by playing and volunteering at their favorite gaming convention, Gary Con.

Recently retired from careers in local government, they live in rural northwestern Pennsylvania and enjoy travelling, spending time in the outdoors, and with their grandchildren.
